VICTOR KHITRUK

Graphic Designer, Print Operator

Senior graphic designer with over 8 years of experience, specialized in print and digital. My journey started in a print shop, then I managed design and production department in printing house for more than 3 years,
for the past 2 years, I have embraced the signage production industry.

During this time I have worked for a vast client range, from individuals to large companies. With a keen eye for detail, I love the process
of starting with an empty page and converting the client’s brief into
the engaging creative solution needed. Creating minimalistic, visually appealing and unique graphic layouts, bringing more clarity to all kinds of visual information are my main goals.

I deliver great results, on time and to budget.

BACKGROUND • 01

2017 — Graphic DesignER

Started self-education in graphic design.
Use Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign, Corel Draw, different RIPs.

2018 — Print Shop Worker

Entered a young team and led it to new results. Learned to prepare design to print, worked with different post-press equipment.

Design & Production skills: prepress, business cards, booklets, brochures, flyers, templates, presentations, banners, decals.

2019 — Printing Supervisor

Since 2019 worked as the head of the printing production department. Learned the ecosystem of Mimaki: Interior ecosolvent plotter, UV-printer, cutting plotter. Also managed digital printing on Konica Minolta.

Design & Production skills: stickers / stickerpacks, nail design, fine art, die cut, packaging, lightboxes, visualization, logomaking, branding.

2021 — Own Printing House

Started self-enterpreneur activity
and opened a small printing house. Worked with digital printer Konica Minolta, inkjet printers Canon, Epson.
Did all the post-production stuff such as cutting, binding, stamping.
Managed all the orders via CRM system.

Design skills: design system, typography, web design, AR

Soft skills: time management, customer oriented service.

2022 — Digital & Large Format Print Operator

From October, 2022 to January, 2024 worked as a Digital Print / Large Format Print Operator in one of the largest network of printing houses Minuteman Press.
Gain experience in large print runs.

Since February, 2024 to present work as a Graphics Design / Production Artist at the most creative signage production shop which provides customers with the highest quality of the final product.
